KAYSEN凱森塑料電動(dòng)隔膜泵概述
塑料電動(dòng)隔膜泵，凱森采用擺線(xiàn)針輪減速機傳動(dòng)，通過(guò)曲軸滑塊機構帶動(dòng)雙隔膜作往復運動(dòng)，使工作腔容積發(fā)生交替變化從而達到將液體不斷地吸入和排出。同時(shí)，近年來(lái)由于隔膜材質(zhì)取得了突破性的進(jìn)展，大大地延長(cháng)隔膜的使用壽命，因此被越來(lái)越廣泛地替代部分離心泵、螺桿泵來(lái)應用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)。

主要特點(diǎn)：

●不需灌引水，自吸能力達7米以。

●通過(guò)性能好，直徑在10毫米以下的顆粒、泥漿等均可以毫不費力地通過(guò)。

●泵體介質(zhì)流經(jīng)部分，可根據用戶(hù)要求，分為鑄鐵、不銹鋼、鋁合金，電機分為普通式和防爆式兩種。

●由于隔膜將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機械件分開(kāi)，所以介質(zhì)*不會(huì )向外泄漏。且泵本身無(wú)軸封，使用壽命大大延長(cháng)。根據不同介質(zhì)，隔膜可分為氯丁橡膠、丁晴橡膠、氟橡膠、四氟等，完全可以滿(mǎn)足不同客戶(hù)的要求。
